Walt Disney Studios has a new Winnie the Pooh hand-drawn animated theatrical release in the works! The project is based on A.A. Milne's children classic. It will feature five previously unadapted stories from the original books. The movie Winnie the pooh will be be directed by Stephen J. Anderson and Don Hall. Burny Mattinson, the animator of the original 'Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree' short film in 1964, will serve as lead story artist on the new project. Winnie The Pooh will be released on July 15, 2011.
Plot:
"The film will revolve around Winnie The Pooh himself, although there will be a sequence in which Eeyore loses his tail and his friends try various replacements, including a cuckoo clock."

This Winnie The Pooh movie will bring back lot childhood memories! Especially because it's going to be a hand-drawn animated movie, and not CGI film. It's obvious that Walt Disney Pictures want to play the nostalgia card.
Well I don't mind, sign me up for the movie Winnie the Pooh!
